A long evening gown in two materials. The bodice is black lace, cut to a halter that ties at the neck, scalloped along the neckline and beaded through the pattern, with a narrow band of skin left open at the midriff between bodice and skirt.

The skirt is the piece: a sheer copper cloth, cut on the bias so it twists as she walks, layered under dark chiffon panels that are longer at the sides than at the front. The house records the fabric as pure silk with Swarovski work. In the photographs the copper reads warm against the black and shifts noticeably with the angle of the light.
