Before anything moves

We do not accept online card payments. Every LOVE order and every MAISON commission is confirmed directly with the responsible team on WhatsApp before delivery is arranged. Nothing is prepared or dispatched before that confirmation.

LOVE orders

LOVE orders are prepared by the studio after WhatsApp confirmation, then delivered by local courier inside Jordan or by tracked international courier outside Jordan.

  • Jordan: normally within two business days of confirmation.
  • The GCC: usually three to five business days after dispatch.
  • Everywhere else: the window depends on the destination, on customs, and on courier availability.

We send LOVE orders across Jordan, the GCC, the wider Middle East and North Africa, Europe, North America, Australia, and to selected destinations on request.

You receive a WhatsApp message or an email when your order is dispatched, with tracking details where they are available.

MAISON commissions

A MAISON piece is not an ordinary parcel. Delivery method, insurance, timing, and handoff are agreed as part of the confirmed commission and communicated by the atelier on WhatsApp after private consultation.

How a piece is handed over:

  • Private collection at the atelier after final approval.
  • Hand delivery in Amman by arrangement.
  • Insured courier to approved destinations, where the piece can travel safely.

Timing follows the commission calendar, the final fitting, and settlement of the balance. We do not dispatch a couture piece before direct atelier confirmation, final approval, and completion of payment.

International couture delivery may require customs documentation, insurance, and specialist packaging.

Customs and duties

On international shipments the recipient is responsible for destination duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. We declare the accurate value of every piece. We cannot mark a shipment as a gift and we cannot under-declare its value.
