One house, three paths

Hanan Bakri is one house working along three paths. The main house is the archive, the editorial, and the way in. LOVE is ready-to-wear. MAISON is couture, made to measure. These terms cover all three. Where a rule applies to only one line, we name that line.

No online payment, anywhere

We do not accept online card payments on any part of this site, and nothing is sold here directly. What you send us is a request. An order or a commission exists only once it has been confirmed with you directly on WhatsApp by the team responsible for it. Nothing is prepared or dispatched before that.

Prices

We do not publish prices online for LOVE or for MAISON. For LOVE, the studio confirms availability and the final total with you on WhatsApp. For MAISON, pricing is communicated only after a private consultation, by the atelier, on WhatsApp.

LOVE: ready-to-wear

A LOVE selection records what you are interested in. It does not create an order. The studio accepts the order only after confirming availability, the total, and delivery with you directly on WhatsApp. Delivery follows our shipping policy. Eligible unworn pieces may be returned or exchanged under our refund policy.

MAISON: couture commissions

A MAISON piece begins with a private consultation. What the site shows are references, not stock held for immediate purchase. A commission exists only once the atelier has accepted the brief and confirmed it with you on WhatsApp.

Deposits, milestones, balance payment, and cancellation terms are set per piece, according to the fabric, the labour, and the timeline. Fit, fabric, embellishment, and delivery are confirmed through the atelier's fitting process. Adjustments identified during the agreed fittings are part of the craft. Requests made after final approval may be treated as new alteration work.

LOVE terms do not govern MAISON commissions, atelier deposits, private fittings, or made-to-measure delivery. MAISON terms do not govern ready-to-wear orders.

The archive and everything in it

Designs, photographs, editorial copy, logos, collection records, and archive material belong to Hanan Bakri or are used under licence. They may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Amman, Jordan, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
