Duomo Ivory Tulle GownBridal Couture · Hanan Bakri
Photographed in front of the Duomo in Milan, which is the only place a gown this size makes sense outdoors. The sleeves are the piece: two enormous puffed spheres of tulle sitting off the shoulder, held in shape by their own layering rather than by wire, with a straight square neckline between them and a ruched bodice below.
The skirt is built from many layers of ivory tulle with a blush layer worked in among them, and the edges are left raw so the tiers show as torn horizontal lines instead of clean hems. That rawness is deliberate and it is what stops the volume reading as costume.
Shown with a birdcage veil and a fabric flower at the head, both made separately. We cut this to your height in Amman. Write on WhatsApp to begin.
