How delivery works across the ecosystem — LOVE orders, MAISON handoffs, and central enquiries.

House Overview

Hanan Bakri operates one central house and two brand experiences. We do not accept online card payments on any public site. LOVE orders and MAISON couture commissions are confirmed directly with the relevant team on WhatsApp before delivery is arranged.

LOVE Orders

Love orders are prepared by the studio, confirmed personally, and delivered by local courier inside Jordan or by tracked international courier outside Jordan.

• Jordan deliveries are normally handled within two business days after confirmation.
• GCC deliveries usually take three to five business days after dispatch.
• International delivery windows depend on destination, customs, and courier availability.

MAISON Commissions

Maison couture pieces are made to measure and are not treated as standard ecommerce shipments. No prices are displayed online; pricing and delivery method, insurance, timing, and handoff are communicated after private consultation by the atelier directly via WhatsApp.

Customs and Duties

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for destination duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. We declare the accurate value of every piece and cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare value.
