House Overview

The Hanan Bakri house applies different return rules to different kinds of work. Love is a ready-to-wear commerce experience with WhatsApp-confirmed cart selections and no published online prices. Maison is an atelier for private, made-to-measure commissions with no displayed online prices.

LOVE Ready-to-Wear

Love pieces may be returned within seven days of delivery when unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Final sale, customised, intimate, and hygiene-sensitive pieces are excluded.

MAISON Couture

Maison pieces are made to your measurements, brief, and fitting process. They are not returnable or refundable except where there is a demonstrated defect in workmanship that cannot be corrected by the atelier.

Refund Path

Because checkout is confirmed by WhatsApp and no online card payment is taken, any eligible refund or adjustment is handled directly by the relevant studio team after inspection. Shipping charges are adjusted only when the return is caused by our error or by a verified defect.
