The main site receives contact details, press requests, newsletter preferences, search terms, language preference, and limited analytics. If an enquiry belongs to LOVE or MAISON, the organization routes it to the relevant team.

Brand Routing

LOVE order details stay with the ready-to-wear studio. MAISON measurements, sketches, fitting notes, and consultation records stay with the atelier. The parent house only sees what is needed to direct, support, or document the request.
