A navy column in pleated silk, held on fine jewelled straps and cut with a slit that opens through the skirt as you walk. At the hip sits a single oversized bow in green satin, gathered by hand so it keeps its own shape instead of lying flat.

The bow is the whole of the decoration. Everything else is plain, so the colour reads as a deliberate interruption and not as trim.
